1. Executive Summary

  • Overview of roadmap progress:
    → We are re-establishing our workflow, with significant progress expected by the end of Week 4. Currently in Week 3, our work commenced in Week 2 after participating in EthGlobal and ETHCC during Week 1. The Figma designs for the splash page, dashboard, and function modals are developing well. Also, in our designs, we are adhering to a no-code approach similar to Unreal’s block-based coding and shader setups.

    → Figma designs are progressing well
    → Smart contract architecture is under design

    → Planning analytics such as Dune Dashboards (no dashboards yet as there is no data available)

→ Finalize Figma designs and establish a solid design architecture

    → Dedicated focus and consistent effort on all tasks.

    → Planning to use chainlink or manual upkeep for running functions on an api.

    → Time constraints led to the necessity of delaying development, infrastructure setup, and audits by a week to avoid rushing the product post EthCC and EthGlobal.

    → Adjusted the timeline for development, infrastructure, and audits accordingly by 1 week.

    → Twitter has been trying Auto Gains and getting some likes and views here and there. Getting premium could help, but for now just staying active on twitter is the goal.

I have more from the Figma and Charting, but it’s all rough drafts and as such it’s all in flux and so a posted design could change rapidly. But the splash page is pretty solid and only needs some fixing like sizing issues, text styling and other tweaks.
